With over 20 years of experience helping individuals and businesses achieve financial success, Maima Rita Noibi is more than just a CPA—she’s a financial strategist, mentor, and motivator. Maima holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Georgia Southern University, a Master’s degree in Business from Mercer University, and is a proud Certified Public Accountant licensed in Georgia and the District of Columbia.
A Journey Rooted in Family and Financial Education
Born in Liberia, and raised in New Jersey, Maima’s story is one of determination, faith, and family values. Her father, Robert, immigrated to the United States as a college student majoring in accounting, working tirelessly to bring Maima, her mother, and her siblings to join him in the U.S.
“My dad worked so hard to bring us here, and my parents always instilled in us the value of financial education. I remember receiving my first allowance at five years old, and their advice was always the same: ‘Save first, then spend.’ Those early lessons sparked my passion for accounting and entrepreneurship.”
Maima credits her upbringing for her deep commitment to helping others achieve financial freedom.

Maima wears many hats: entrepreneur, wife, mother, and avid enthusiast of life’s adventures. She shares her life with her loving husband, Tunde, who has been a constant source of support and encouragement throughout her journey. Together, they are raising their three amazing daughters, Adunni, Zaria and Malia, who inspire Maima daily to dream big and work even harder.

Outside of work, Maima enjoys home décor, puzzles, traveling, working out, and spending quality time with Tunde and their daughters, Adunni, Zaria, and Malia, as well as family and friends. She is passionate about giving back through church involvement and community service as a newly inducted member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
